Michael relocated to Fresno in 1992 after many years of working at executive positions with several large National and Regional Development and Property Management firms. He has vast experience operating both Multifamily and Commercial property. As Manco’s CEO, his passion is to ensure all managed assets increase their value along with making Manco the only choice for all property management needs. Mike is keenly aware that there is no one single approach to managing real estate. He is known for getting to the bottom of any issue fast. He has the experience and follow through to help clients achieve their goals.

Adam Goldfarb CPM®

Adam brings a wealth of industry experience to his position, having managed client relationships for institutional and multifamily clients. He is adept at implementing individualized solutions, as well as for efficiency and attention to detail. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Greg Bethke CPM®

Greg is responsible for developing growth opportunities. He is known for his authentic relationship building skills and responsiveness. He is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, Greg worked as a retail leasing and sales specialist where he was responsible for or participated in the leasing and sales of retail space throughout Central California.

Matt Spenhoff MBA, CPM®
Vice President, Commercial

Matt Spenhoff is a Senior Property Manager in the Commercial Division. He began his real estate management career at the age of 19 at Manco Abbott, working at the site level and gaining experience in both the Multifamily and Commercial Divisions. In 2008, Matt graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Upon graduation Matt moved to Los Angeles to gain more experience in the industry while working as a Real Estate Service Assistant with CB Richard Ellis in Century City. Matt worked at the renowned Avenue of the Stars building during his tenure with CBRE while concurrently studying for his California Real Estate Broker’s license, which he earned in April of 2009. In 2014 Matt obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.

Debbie Gong CPM®
Assistant Vice President, Commercial

Debbie has managed a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties since 1997. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, she managed a retail business for more than 13 years. Debbie’s clients and tenants know that she will do what it takes to get the job done including managing tenant improvements, lease renewals and handling special circumstances.

• Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University with a concentration in Marketing.
• Served two terms as the IREM Chapter 85 secretary and was the community service chairperson for 8 years.

Personal Passions
• Watching sports (a Forty Niner fan), going to restaurants, traveling, and shopping.
• Volunteered for the Salvation Army Star Tree for eight holiday seasons.
• Involved with the Visalia Chinese Cultural Center which raises funds for their annual “Tulare County Teacher of the Year” dinner for elementary, middle school and high school levels.
• Completing lease renewals and the tenant improvements associated with leasing, plus having a hand in how “Fresno works and plays.”

Christopher David
Assistant Vice President, Multifamily

Christopher has been in property management for 27 years. His service as a U.S. Marine has contributed to his discipline, teamwork and problem solving abilities. Christopher enjoys passing on his industry knowledge to site teams and team members who wish to develop their careers. He is keen on providing the most cost effective, long-term solutions to problems that arise with property assets.

Robyn Green
Controller





Robyn began her career with Manco Abbott as a Data Entry Clerk in 1987. Since then she’s enjoyed learning the various aspects of the business and has held many positions throughout the organization – retail property management, human resources, payroll and benefits, and, of course, accounting (her true love). As Controller, Robyn not only ensures the financial accuracy of the corporate finances and the Accounting Department output, but supports and develops the staff members, as well. As a member of executive leadership, Robyn also works directly with the CEO and other Manco leaders to share insight and ideas for the good of the company and employees.

Marcie Mackey PHR-CA
Human Resources Manager





Marcie Mackey is the Human Resource Manager supporting employees at both the corporate and site levels. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department including Payroll Administration, Benefit Administration, Recruitment, Performance Management, Worker’s Compensation, Compliance and Employee Orientation. Marcie enjoys the interaction with employees on a variety of issues each day and gets tremendous satisfaction from providing great customer service to all team members.

• Received a California designation for Human Resources (PHR-CA) in 2008.

Personal Passions
• Family above everything else. Although an empty-nester, she is amazed watching how her three children (a son and two daughters) have grown into amazing adults and having the relationship change from parent to friend. She loves her grandchildren to pieces and looks forward to watching them grow.
• Spending time with her husband, and looking forward to a future with more grandchildren, and growing old together.
• Marcie volunteers at many of the events promoted by Manco Abbott – most importantly donating blood, whether at work, or at the Blood Center. Personally she supports any groups that focus on children – Valley Children’s Hospital, St. Jude’s – and also organizations such as Wounded Warriors, supporting our returning servicemen.

Deborah Warne
Senior Property Manager

Deborah Warne is a Commercial Property Manager for the Monterey Branch Office. She is excellent in solving problems responsively, with knowledge and concern for relationships. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, she owned and operated her own home inspection business. Deborah possesses more than twenty years experience in commercial property management. She is currently pursuing certification as an RPM™.

• Served in the Army Security Agency (ASA) branch of the United States Army and received an Honorable Discharge.

Personal Passions
• Enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, movies, cycling and walking
• Supporter of Dorothy’s Place, a women’s shelter in Salinas, by preparing and serving a meal once a month and also providing clothing and toiletries
• Supports American Cancer Society as a result of her sister surviving cancer
• Advocate for Hope Unlimited, an organization that takes care of the needs of the world’s most desperate kids on the street, children of Brazil
• Community outreach via a Good New Club at Tularcitos Elementary School in Carmel Valley

Arielle Ballard

Arielle is a Property Manager in the Commercial Division, managing a portfolio of retail and office properties. She began her real estate career in 2011, right here in Fresno, CA, helping manage both multifamily and single family homes. Two years later, she made the switch to commercial property management and has loved it ever since. Since starting her career with Manco Abbott in 2013, Arielle has worked her way up from Property Coordinator to Property Manager as of October 2015. She prides herself most on her communication skills with owners, tenants, and vendors. Being able to cultivate good working relationships is something she finds highly valuable in the field of property management.

Christine Panelli
Property Manager

Christine Panelli is a Property Manager in the Commercial Division. Christine has worked in the Commercial Property Management industry since 2008. She started her career working for Colliers International in the Bay Area for 6 years, working her way up from Property Assistant to Property Manager. She then worked for Harvest Properties for 2 years managing Class A high-rise offices in Downtown San Jose. She moved to the valley in 2017 and started working with Manco Abbott as a Property Manager, where she currently manages a portfolio of retail centers and office buildings. Christine strives to provide the highest level of customer service and prides herself in her quick response times and attention to detail.

Ingrid Abbott
Assistant Property Manager

Ingrid works from the Monterey branch office and manages a variety of commercial and residential properties. Her real estate experience prior to joining Manco Abbott included managing a multi-family property for over a decade. Having served with Manco Abbott since 2008, she now has over 20 years of experience in dealing with numerous aspects of property management, from addressing tenant and owner requests to overseeing maintenance and repair projects. She prides herself on prompt and professional service to her tenants, residents and owners.

Mark Ince
Property Manager

Mark manages a portfolio of commercial and retail properties. He started his career in Property Management as a Maintenance Coordinator in Stockton, CA. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to manage a variety of different property types including home owner associations, multifamily and commercial buildings in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley before he located back to the Central Valley where he grew up. He prides himself on being able to work with people from different backgrounds and enjoys the process of learning more about the real estate industry.

Mia Quick
Multifamily Operations Manager

Mia Quick is the Operations Manager in the Multifamily Division where she is responsible for the multifamily operational process, implementation for new initiatives and audit procedures for all multifamily properties. Additionally she ensures that all employees are trained in our real estate software system and facilitates technical support for all site team members. She joined Manco Abbott as an on-site Community Manager in 2005 after nearly seven years in the field serving as a leasing consultant, assistant community manager and community manager. A year later, she was promoted to the corporate office in the role of Software Support Specialist where she was responsible for implementation of the Yardi software program and ensuring all policies and procedures were current and effectively implemented. In 2010 she was promoted to current position.

Personal Passions

Nicole Santa Maria
Property Manager

Nicole has been in the property management industry for over 14 years. Having started her career as a leasing consultant, Nicole was quickly promoted to Community Manager and later went on to become a Property Manager of over 1,100 units. Nicole is good at finding cost-effective ways to solve problems that satisfy both the client and the team. She has overseen both value-add and new construction projects and most recently assisted in one of Manco’s most successful lease ups. She is a good communicator, detail oriented and excels under pressure. Nicole is focused on the customer and understands the value of great service. Her move to the Boise area last year, has her excited about new challenges and she’s eager to expand Manco Abbott’s operations in The Treasure Valley.

Olivia Thomas

Olivia is a Property Manager in the Commercial Division. She began her career at Manco Abbott in April 2013. Having started in an administrative position she was quickly promoted to Property Coordinator, then Assistant Property Manager and now Property Manager.

Robin Adcock
Building Manager

Energy & Sustainability Coordinator



Robin has worked at Manco Abbott for more than 20 years, starting as an administrative assistant and working her way up to building manager. She takes pride in running a property as efficiently as possible, from maintenance to financial matters, knowing that owners count on her for solutions. Her goal is to keep an asset in top condition and at its highest value, while cutting operating costs and maintaining both owner and tenant satisfaction. Robin possesses specialized knowledge of government leases, having the ability to streamline processes by understanding the inner workings of government paperwork and procedures. Additionally, Robin serves as the company's Energy and Sustainability Coordinator, gathering and distributing information to assist the team in reducing expenses and energy at properties. "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" is her motto personally and professionally.

• Maintains a Level III Federal Security Clearance

Personal Passions
• Anything that centers around family and dogs. She travels with her husband by trailer and motorcycles, and enjoys watching NASCAR racing. Of course, the dogs come along whenever possible.
• Animals, the elderly and children are her causes of choice. She is committed to helping animals that have been mistreated and are defenseless, and supports the CCSPCA. Also volunteers to make Thanksgiving Dinner for the elderly each year through Moose Lodge, and assembles Easter Baskets annually for children who otherwise would receive nothing.
• Enjoys jumping in on whatever volunteer opportunities Manco's Operation Outreach Committee has arranged any given month.

Ronda Haney
Property Manager

Ronda Haney is a Property Manager in the Commercial Division and is involved in both retail and office management. She started her career in Property Management as a Real Estate Services Administrator with CB Richard Ellis in Denver, Colorado. She then moved to the valley and started working with Manco Abbott as an Assistant Property Manager working her way up to Property Manager.

Shaun Zimmer

Shaun Zimmer is a Property Manager in the Multifamily Department. He began his real estate management career at the age of 22 in student living, working at the site level and gaining experience in the Multifamily Industry. Shaun enjoys in creating teams and passing on his knowledge to help his teams better themselves. He prides himself on communication, and his problem solving solutions.

Sydney Wilson

Sydney Wilson is a Property Manager in the Commercial Division. She joined Manco Abbott in 2016 and is involved in managing a portfolio of retail centers and office buildings. Sydney has worked in the Commercial Property Management industry since 1986; quickly worked her way up from receptionist to Assistant Property Manager, to Property Manager and learned the industry from the ground up. Throughout her career she has managed a wide array of commercial properties, including Landmark mixed use, medical and general office, retail, and industrial. Sydney strives to provide the highest level of customer service to her tenants, owners, and the properties she is entrusted with. She holds a sense of ownership in all she does.
