Hal is the founding principal of the firm, having recently celebrated its 42nd year of service to the region. For 42 years, clients have counted on Hal’s integrity, knowledge and visionary leadership. His community-mindedness is widely recognized and that emphasis has become an important part of Manco Abbott’s culture. Hal has an extensive background in investment counseling, business and real estate management, as well as broad experience as a court appointed receiver.

• Two-time past president of the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was recognized as the San Joaquin Chapter "CPM® Of The Year."
• In 1992, Hal was appointed to the Fresno City Planning Commission where he served until 2008.

Michael Goldfarb CPM®

Michael oversees daily operations and supervises the executive team responsible for directing the day-to-day management of the entire portfolio. He is known for getting to the bottom of any issue fast, while incorporating knowledge and cooperation. He has been involved in the management and lease-up of various types of investment real estate since 1971. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, Michael served as president of a large northwest management company with over 17,000 apartment units operating in 29 states.

Maureen Lewis MBA

Maureen is committed to providing quality, accurate, timely financial information to facilitate reporting, analysis and decision-making processes for internal/external customers. She has an extensive background in real estate management accounting; having started her career with Manco Abbott in 1982 as a staff accountant. Over the years, she has acquired hands-on experience in each phase of the financial aspects of the business. Today, in addition to her financial management responsibilities, she works directly with the CEO, COO and expert advisors on all treasury functions and banking relations.

Matt Spenhoff MBA, CPM®

Matt Spenhoff is a Senior Property Manager in the Commercial Division. He began his real estate management career at the age of 19 at Manco Abbott, working at the site level and gaining experience in both the Multifamily and Commercial Divisions. In 2008, Matt graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Upon graduation Matt moved to Los Angeles to gain more experience in the industry while working as a Real Estate Service Assistant with CB Richard Ellis in Century City. Matt worked at the renowned Avenue of the Stars building during his tenure with CBRE while concurrently studying for his California Real Estate Broker’s license, which he earned in April of 2009. In 2014 Matt obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.

Debbie has managed a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties since 1997. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, she managed a retail business for more than 13 years. Debbie’s clients and tenants know that she will do what it takes to get the job done including managing tenant improvements, lease renewals and handling special circumstances.

Deborah Warne

Deborah Warne is a Commercial Property Manager for the Monterey Branch Office. She is excellent at solving problems responsively, with knowledge and concern for relationships. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, she owned and operated her own home inspection business. Deborah possesses more than eight years experience in commercial property management. She is currently pursuing certification as an RPM™.

She began her real estate career in 2011, right here in Fresno, CA, helping manage both multifamily and single family homes. Two years later, she made the switch to commercial property management and has loved it ever since. Since starting her career with Manco Abbott in 2013, Arielle has worked her way up from Property Coordinator to Property Manager as of October 2015. She prides herself most on her communication skills with owners, tenants, and vendors. Marcie Mackey PHR-CA

Marcie Mackey is the Human Resource Manager supporting employees at both the corporate and site levels. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department including Payroll Administration, Benefit Administration, Recruitment, Performance Management, Worker’s Compensation, Compliance and Employee Orientation. Marcie enjoys the interaction with employees on a variety of issues each day and gets tremendous satisfaction from providing great customer service to all team members.

Personal Passions
• Family above everything else. Although an empty-nester, she is amazed watching how her three children (a son and two daughters) have grown into amazing adults and having the relationship change from parent to friend. She loves her grandchildren to pieces and looks forward to watching them grow.
• Spending time with her husband, and looking forward to a future with more grandchildren, and growing old together.
• Marcie volunteers at many of the events promoted by Manco Abbott – most importantly donating blood, whether at work, or at the Blood Center. Personally she supports any groups that focus on children – Valley Children’s Hospital, St. Jude’s – and also organizations such as Wounded Warriors, supporting our returning servicemen.

Mia Quick
Multifamily Operations Manager

Mia Quick is the Operations Manager in the Multifamily Division where she is responsible for the multifamily operational process, implementation for new initiatives and audit procedures for all multifamily properties. Additionally she ensures that all employees are trained in our real estate software system and facilitates technical support for all site team members. She joined Manco Abbott as an on-site Community Manager in 2005 after nearly seven years in the field serving as a leasing consultant, assistant community manager and community manager. A year later, she was promoted to the corporate office in the role of Software Support Specialist where she was responsible for implementation of the Yardi software program and ensuring all policies and procedures were current and effectively implemented. In 2010 she was promoted to current position.

Nicole Santa Maria

Nicole has been in the property management industry for over 14 years. Having started her career as a leasing consultant, Nicole was quickly promoted to Community Manager and later went on to become a Property Manager of over 1,100 units. Nicole is good at finding cost-effective ways to solve problems that satisfy both the client and the team. She has overseen both value-add and new construction projects and most recently assisted in one of Manco’s most successful lease ups. She is a good communicator, detail oriented and excels under pressure. Nicole is focused on the customer and understands the value of great service. Her move to the Boise area last year, has her excited about new challenges and she’s eager to expand Manco Abbott’s operations in The Treasure Valley.

Robin has worked at Manco Abbott for more than 20 years, starting as an administrative assistant and working her way up to building manager. She takes pride in running a property as efficiently as possible, from maintenance to financial matters, knowing that owners count on her for solutions. Her goal is to keep an asset in top condition and at its highest value, while cutting operating costs and maintaining both owner and tenant satisfaction. Robin possesses specialized knowledge of government leases, having the ability to streamline processes by understanding the inner workings of government paperwork and procedures. Additionally, Robin serves as the company's Energy and Sustainability Coordinator, gathering and distributing information to assist the team in reducing expenses and energy at properties. "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" is her motto personally and professionally.

Personal Passions
• Anything that centers around family and dogs. She travels with her husband by trailer and motorcycles, and enjoys watching NASCAR racing. Of course, the dogs come along whenever possible.
• Animals, the elderly and children are her causes of choice. She is committed to helping animals that have been mistreated and are defenseless, and supports the CCSPCA. Also volunteers to make Thanksgiving Dinner for the elderly each year through Moose Lodge, and assembles Easter Baskets annually for children who otherwise would receive nothing.
• Enjoys jumping in on whatever volunteer opportunities Manco's Operation Outreach Committee has arranged any given month.

Robyn Green
Accounting Manager





Robyn Green is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the company’s financial records. Along with corporate accounting duties, Robyn works with the CFO directing and trains the property accountants and accounting staff. Robyn began her career with Manco Abbott in 1987. She enjoys using her analytical skills, calm demeanor and methodical approach to serving a variety of internal and external customers.

• Has held positions in retail property management, human resources and payroll & benefits in addition to accounting.

Personal Passions
• Instilling values in her kids as she raises them. Robyn appreciates how parents can make such a difference in their children’s future if they just spend time with them and pay attention to what is going on in their lives.
• Relaxing at home, spending time with family, reading, watching movies, and watching football.
• Volunteers at Valley Animal Center, which is a no-kill dog and cat adoption facility in Fresno.
• Serves on Manco’s Operation Outreach Council Chair, which identifies ways Manco can maintain active and meaningful involvement within the community.

She started her career in Property Management as Real Estate Services Administrator with CB Richard Ellis in Denver, Colorado. Sydney Wilson is a Property Manager in the Commercial Division. She joined Manco Abbott in 2016 and is involved in managing a portfolio of retail centers and office buildings. Sydney has worked in the Commercial Property Management industry since 1986; quickly worked her way up from receptionist to Assistant Property Manager, to Property Manager and learned the industry from the ground up. Throughout her career she has managed a wide array of commercial properties, including Landmark mixed use, medical and general office, retail, and industrial. Sydney strives to provide the highest level of customer service to her tenants, owners, and the properties she is entrusted with. She holds a sense of ownership in all she does.
