Employees can choose from four medical plans, including one PPO and three HMO options. All plans include prescription drug coverage.
MAI offers voluntary and employer paid dental and vision coverage.
| Health Reimbursement Accounts | x |
Employees can receive reimbursement for eligible medical, dental and vision care expenses (for themselves or a family member) not paid by
any additional health coverage they may have. This is done on a pre-tax basis.

Employees can set up a reimbursement account for childcare expenses they incur. This is done on a pre-tax basis.
MAI's basic long-term disability plan provides 60% of an employee's base pay.
| Basic Life Insurance Accidental Death & Dismemberment | x |
Full-time and part-time (working 32 or more hours per week) employees are eligible for basic life insurance and accidental death and
dismemberment coverage. Basic life insurance coverage for employees is 1.5 times your annual salary. Basic death and dismemberment coverage
is the same.
Full-time employees can accrue 10 vacation days annually — graduated for years of service.
Full-time employees accrue 6 sick days annually.
MAI employees receive 9 paid holidays per year — and one floating holiday after one year of service.

Full-time and part-time employees are allowed medical leave of absence without pay.
Full-time employees will receive 10 paid days annually while serving as a juror.
Full-time employees may take up to three days of leave with full pay in case of death in the immediate family.

Full-time and part-time employees are allowed personal or educational leave of absence without pay.

Full-time and part-time employees are granted leave without pay to serve in the military.
Full-time and part-time (annual hours will determine eligibility for part-time) employees are eligible for up to 12 weeks of leave coordinated
with paid leave (if available) for personal illness, birth or adoption of a child, serious illness of a child, or to care for a parent or spouse
who has a serious health condition.
All MAI employees are eligible to receive up to four months of leave for medically certified disability for pregnancy or childbirth.
Upon completion of one year of employment, all MAI employees are eligible to enroll in MAI's 401(k) Retirement Plan. Upon retirement, employees
have the money they contributed, the money MAI contributed and the interest earned (vested after five years). Employees also may take their
account balance with them if they leave MAI before retiring.
- Scholarships: Upon advance approval by CEO, MAI will reimburse employee 75% upon completion of college equivalent courses for tuition and books for business related courses.
- Real Estate License Renewal: MAI will pay the renewal fee and reimburse the employee up to $200.00.
- Professional Organization: MAI will pay application fees and annual dues or service fees to industry related organizations i.e. ICSC, IREM, and Board of Realtors.
- Professional Designation Courses: MAI will pay tuition, meals, lodging & travel for selected courses on an as needed basis.
MAI employees have access to financial and other services available through the Fresno County Federal Credit Union. Contact the credit unions
directly for more information.
All MAI employees are eligible for hospital, physician care and compensation for job-incurred accidents or illness as governed by state law.
Upon termination, all MAI employees may apply for state unemployment assistance. State law governs eligibility and the amount and number
of payments.
