An individualized Management Plan is available to our clients. The Management Plan consists of objectives, methods, strategies, and
fiscal planning. The successful management program begins with a thorough understanding of the objectives of ownership, familiarization
with physical real estate and knowledge of the environment in which the real estate is situated.
After a careful assessment of the Real Estate and owner goals, a Management Plan is designed for the investment. Once approved, we
implement those services that are beneficial to the real estate.

Effective implementation of the Management Plan requires consistent contact between the owner and the managing agent. Written and
verbal communication along with monthly reports ensure necessary information is provided to the owner. In keeping with our property
